What to Know for Your Booking

Our studio is a natural light studio so on those really dark rainy days we recommend bringing your own lighting equipment as backup. Remember that during fall and winter, the sun sets much earlier which means it gets darker earlier in the studio too. If you are booking far into the future, google the sunset times to give you a sense of when the light goes!

  • Outdoor shoes are not to be worn inside the studio. This helps us keep the studio decor, rug and floor clean, plus we have many young visitors who love to crawl and sit on the floor. If shoes have to be a part of the photos, use the wipes by the door to wipe the bottoms.

    Studio furniture and props can be moved around as however please return everything to their original spots before leaving. When moving furniture around, lift (don’t drag) to avoid damage.

    Additional fees will be charged if we need to re-arrange props and furniture back to their original places, damage/stains to the furniture and decor, or any mess left in the studio.

    Account for any extra time you need to bring in equipment, move furniture back in place, set up or tear down, etc. as part of your booked time. Overtime charges of $50/half hour will apply if you go over your time.

    Alcohol or smoking is not allowed in the studio.

  • Start on our studio booking page to select the duration, date and time of your booking. Full payment for the booking will be charged when your request is submitted. If for any reason we have to cancel your requested date, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

    48 hours before your booking, you'll receive an email reminder with instructions for checking in and studio rules. If you don't receive a reminder email, please check your spam or junk folders or contact us.

    You are welcome to reschedule up to one week before the booked date. An rescheduling fee of 20% of your booking cost will be charged to reschedule with less than 7 days notice.

    Please note, any weekend dates booked during October 14 - December 31st will require two weeks notice to reschedule without the 20% rebooking fee.

    Kindly note that we offer studio credit only for cancellations/reschedule requests, no refunds.
